He has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and often struggles with self-regulating his emotions. What started as his curiosity blossomed into a cherished practice, teaching us the value of patience, connection and letting go.

My Son’s Journey with Crystals

My son loved the idea of choosing a crystal each morning to carry in his pocket. He would carefully select one. His choice depended on what he wanted to focus on that day. It could be staying calm, feeling brave, or finding joy. Crystals like amethyst and rose quartz became favorites, but it was the snowflake obsidian that captured his heart.
